Flames now 1 point ahead of Ducks, with 2 games in hand.

3 points ahead of Sharks with equal games played.

3 points up on VGK with 1 game in hand.

And those are the only 4 teams playing for top spots in the Pacific.

Check the bottom of your shoe, there has to be a Coiler somewhere.

Gotta say, I like what I seen in Kylinton tonight. This kid is ready as well.

You would never know that Kylington is a NHL rookie with 2 games under his belt this season.

Then again, he's what a 5th year pro, only a year older than Valimaki.

I hink that the 3rd pairing makes very few mistakes in the games I have watched.

Would love to see Ras on the PP.

That point shot of his always gets through.

Oiler = irrelevent

Much like the way a human looks at an slug, I look at EDM that way.

I don;t step on them, because I don;t want that crap on my sneaker.

Limited viewing, but I'm not nervous when either are on the ice.

Kylington was comfortable out there tonight. Was it because of the competition or just a taste of what's to come?

Completely agree very impressed with Kylington even if I don’t understand how to pronounce his name!

Both? LA is as close to a "Gimme" game as you can get in this league, so the competition isn't there. But from all accounts, Kylington has really been stepping it up this year in the A. When he started playing in the A he was like, trying to reinvent himself and be a player he wasn't, but they basically got him playing his game (the game that got him drafted, and had him ranked so high initially) and instead of reworking his game, just making tweaks and adjustments as he finds holes in his game (which have been noticeably less the last year and this year).

Valimaki is a stud, and figure at worst is a second pairing LD. Ras is still doing pretty much everything but get the points. The amount of times I've watched Rasmus make a small play that leads to a goal, but is basically the "third assist" on it so he doesn't get a point is ridiculous (or even makes a hit, and another player takes the puck and scores, but he never touched it. I recall a couple unassisted goals, one by Lindholm when we had our goalie pulled, where that happened).

The fact that we have 3 rookies playing regular minutes, and we aren't even seeing a lot of those rookie mistakes is telling about how good those 3 players are.
