Blues @ Flames 7pm Jan 28

Just tuned in. Nice to see us up 4-3. Was it a bad first for us? Or did we simply fall asleep to end the period and give up those two goals? I’m interested to know how our “compete” has been this far.

Just got in, ready to watch the final 20.

it sounds like a good game! Looks like it could be.

I like the goals so far, from the replays.

St Lou scores 1st, Flames responded shortly after with a quick PP Goal...bit of a fluky goal by Tkachuk tbh. Flames scored again on the PP..again quick goal. Blues got a weak goal on Talbot...then ran a text book PP to set a nice tip in. And the lead was lost. They recovered in the 2nd, with another goal from Moneyhands and Janko finally deciding to show up this season with a late goal in the 2nd.

Blues haven’t had many chances but the ones they have gotten they’ve made count.

Mang should have buried that one

Flames could easily be up 3-4 goals but they just struggle with burying chances the last few seasons

Talbot has been so leaky...he’s playing with no confidence it seems. He’s looking behind him every save he’s making

How frustrating!

This game is an emotional rollercoaster!

The TV narrowly survived a traumatic debilitating injury! 😒

Flames have yet to prove they can be trusted with the lead....still waiting for them to take full command of games. We either get bailed out by our goalie or we manage to comeback and score late or in OT to win a game.

St. Louis leans on us almost every battle. We are 100% stick work. Yeesh

Not all that long since another challenge call went in favor of the Flames in a different game...   As you probably remember, prior to that there was a long streak when it always went the other way...

that leaning is exactly what the Avs did last year. It makes things harder for the small Flames players. It’s what I meant by them playing heavier.
